Brow Highlighters applied directly under the brow provide an optical lifting effect, opening your eyes more – for that irresistible look! Formulated with a refined silk powder texture that is long lasting (up to 8 hours), smudge & waterproof. Provides a soft shimmer effect and is easy to apply. A specially developed make-up sharpener for the Highlighter pencil is also included.
