Pompelmo Fizz (Supplied by Ginato Gin)
| INGREDIENTS (Makes 6) | METHOD |
| 35ml Ginato Pomplemo Dash of elderflower syrup (or liqueur) Prosecco | combine all ingredients in a champagne flute and garnish with rosemary sprig. |
Bramble (Supplied by Triple Three Gin)
| INGREDIENTS | METHOD |
| 50 ml Triple Three Citrus Infusion 15ml Sugar syrup 25ml Lemon Juice 10ml Blackberry Liqueur/Crème de Casis Cubed or crush ice | Combine all the ingredients serve over ice and garnish with 3 Raspberries on pick, mint, and lemon |
Classic Mule (Supplied by Bloedlemoen Gin)
| Ingredients | Method |
| 37,5 ml Bloedlemoen Gin 15 ml Sugar syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part boiling water. Shake to dissolve sugar then chill) ½ Lime squeezed | Pour all ingredients into a tall glass with ice. Give a quick stir. Garnish with lime shell. |
Clementino Prosecco Smash (Supplied by Ginato Gin)
| Ingredients | Method |
| 50ml Ginato Clementino Gin 20ml Sugar syrup 20ml Lemon juice 50ml Prosecco | Add all ingredients except for the Prosecco, churn over crushed ice, top with Prosecco, and garnish with orange slices. |
