Given the right time, care and opportunity, everyone can bloom to their full potential. Speaking to our head designers, Francesco Terzo and A. Filippo Ficarelli, comment&nbsp;<em>&#8220;since we are supporting young people through their education, the flower represent what all of us can do to help a child blossom to their full potential. &#8220;Blossoming&#8221; is a significant word for this design because it&#8217;s inspired by blossoming through adversity.&#8221;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Wear your support on World Children&#8217;s Day with Charms for change and help\u00a0UNICEF\u00a0to ensure every child not only<\/em> <em>survives but thrives.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Globally, 22% of young people aged 15\u201324 years are neither in employment, education, or training, 68% of whom are girls and young women.
