An ode to adventure, Fall 2022 explores the idea of escapism in the everyday. Rooted in the free spirit which defines Scotch & Soda\u2019s<\/a> home city of Amsterdam \u2013 and its outside-the-box thinking \u2013 the collection unites volume, utility, and symbols of sea and sky to deliver an eclectic, modern wardrobe that riffs on the theme of exploration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Scotch & Soda Fall Women\u2019s wear includes pops of bright orange evoke the sunsets of endless horizons, while muted tones of sand and driftwood nod to island life. The unique airplane prints playfully captures the essence of adventure. Sometimes, it\u2019s used all over, like the crisp organic cotton shirt and belted wrap skirt. Other times, it\u2019s subtly placed in a floral tile print, such as the Aline dress and reversible bomber jacket. Shifting from sky to sea, an abstract digital wave print animates a flowy shirt and wide-leg trousers. Utility wear remains key and is explored throughout with signature attention to detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Men\u2019s collection revels in subverting expectations \u2013 proving that functionality can be playful with a hybrid technical jacket that can be worn multiple ways and comes with a detachable oversized pocket that doubles up as a bag. Unique prints that capture this essence of adventure are key. The hand-drawn airplane design is a signature for the season, sometimes depicted solo, or elsewhere with mini islands, palm trees and flocking birds. The oceans are also referenced in wave-and-shell jacquards and placed prints that reflect the view from above. Highlights include the bomber jacket and button-up wool-blend cardigan in rich hues of sage, seafoam and pink.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traditional check goes beyond monochrome: this time, in a standout grass green that\u2019s played out on a two-button blazer with matching shorts; or via unexpected patchwork details on a reinvented trench. This vibrant shade is also used as a solid across knitwear pieces, bringing joy to layering.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
